We have a line up, finally.

Bands that we have worked with in the past, or we were seeking out new this year all had full schedules or other commitments this summer, making it difficult to finish as early as we hoped.

We also had an issue with our most delightful opening act who has kept us entertained for years, Jason, better known as the Northwoods Bassist had a change of employment and had to beg off his opening duties this year.

This past weekend Mike was able to secure two more people who will likely split our openings.

We will announce the lineup and schedule for non-profits soon; however, our priority now turns to paying for all of this. As you know, last year our budget was $16,000 +, and this year is similar. So please give us a little time to get those sponsor letters out.

If you are a sponsor, a quick response takes a lot of weight off our shoulders as we plan ahead.

One of our bands, and it is big, is being paid for entirely by a new sponsor, but we will tell you all about that in the coming weeks.

The first concert will be July 9, 2026

We hate to talk about a band when they are not here, but how about those Dweebs?

Two solid hours of some of the best entertainment we have seen at the Gazebo in a long time. We would like to thank them for sharing their talents and most importantly, involving our audience like no band has ever done.

We have a weekly count to see how many people we are bringing in and feel so far over 5.000 people enjoyed our first four shows, and we are just getting started.

Earlier this week we were at 64% chance of rain at start time, things have changed.

Unless something very significant changes tomorrow, the show will go on as planned, Northwoods Bassist at 5pm, Rev Raven at 6pm, food by Boys Basketball, 50/50 by Merrill Firefighters Charities.

We are watching the weather for Thursday, and expect a game day decision. We went from having a 90% chance of rain at concert time to now being 43% depending upon your weather source. It is our hope that that number continues to decline as Wednesday rolls along.

We have spoken to the band and discussed several options. IF, it is apparent that Thursday is not going to work, it is our hope that instead of moving the concert, we can just do it Friday instead. Of course as we type this late at night we do not know if Park and Rec has something else scheduled for Friday, but our hope is they do not.

When we asked the band if they would take Friday instead of Thursday, they had only one demand. Popsicles. They want us to bring them a bunch of popsicles to cool them down on Friday if they have to switch.

These blues guys, whatever it takes.
