We may have wrapped up the 2026 Food Truck-a-Palooza, but we're already working on 2027! The Date will be May 15th, 2027!

Vendor applications are being finalized, plans are starting to come together, and we're looking forward to another day of great food, shopping, music, and fun at the Merrill Fairgrounds.

While we're planning, we want to hear from you!

What a day! Thank you to everyone who attended Food Truck-a-Palooza 2026! We hope you had an amazing time enjoying the food, vendors, music, and activities.

I’m absolutely speechless. Today was amazing. People turned out, the trucks were hopping, vendors had a great day bounce house was running and the music was top notch!

Thank you to Everyone who came, especially all those that helped out throughout the day. I truly couldn’t do this without you.

It means so much that this event is something the community gets behind.

I cannot wait til next year!

T minus 14 hours before this place really gets busy! I can’t wait to see it all come together.

Here's the List of the Food Trucks! Here is also the map- Things may change on the map but this is pretty close to right 🙂 See you tomorrow!

VFW will have their B**r Stand Open and the B**r tent by the Music Tent will be Sawmill Brewing Company.

We will be Checking Id's for drinks and please know that the wristbands are $1. Thanks for your cooperation!

Bounce Houses will be hoppin for the kiddos - $5.00 all day jumping no matter what time you show up. 11-6.
