But today is HER day, and she deserves to be celebrated more than anyone. Happy Birthday to the mind, heart, and soul behind Studio One 🤍

Thank you for creating a space that feels like home for so many people, for inspiring others every single day, and for pouring so much love into everything you do. The impact you’ve made on this studio and everyone in it goes far beyond what words can explain.

Not only is she the mastermind behind it all.. but she STILL makes the room a party & busts a move whenever she’s teaching up front!👏🏼
