At our studio, we know a strong dancer starts with a strong warm-up! 💪

That’s why we teach every student the proper way to prepare their body for class, helping them build strength, prevent injuries, and get the most out of every lesson.

Here’s how we guide them:
✨ Incorporating gentle cardio to get the blood flowing
✨ Using dynamic stretching instead of static stretches
✨ Gradually increasing intensity to prep for movement

By teaching these habits early, we help dancers stay confident, healthy, and ready to perform at their best, on the floor and in life!
