Calling all kings and things!

This pride flood stages and venues with our art! Pride isn’t just for the yt cis queens. Pride is all qu**rs all, q***r art. We should see things and in betweens, furries, kinksters, all over the broad spectrum of q***r art! We should see masc representation, POC trans! If you see applications for Pride events, open stages please do so. We have a new generation of youth, young adults that need to see us unified. They need to see inspired representation so they feel connected to our community.
Producers, if your cast looks like a white-washed RPDR show that anyone can see on any Thursday, that’s not a Pride show! You should have aerialists, clowns, comedians, pole, burlesque, contortionists, fire (if applicable) and any/all forms of live entertainment by q***r people.
If I’m at a Pride event and I look around and see just some white dudes I’m getting tf out and see them next Friday. ✌️
Also: if your promos and advertisements contain ANY AI CONTENT. I’m not wasting my money on slop. You know of a graphic artist or someone that can write the info up, draw a doodle or copy and paste a photo to drive people to your event. Use your brains, your creativity or ask another human bean.

Things I overhear at shows…

Yeah we all throw shade or read and it’s a good laugh, but when you’re reading a sister queen- don’t ever call them a king in a derogatory manner. We have it rough already with the gatekeeping or inequality of bookings, etc. I don’t care if you’re drunk and it just came out, when your inhibitions are lowered what you really think comes out. Which means you think drag kings aren’t equal.

We all are struggling and our community is always under attack, we shouldn’t be punching down on others within. We are stronger together so don’t tear us apart.
