Yesterday, we celebrated five incredible graduates whose journeys may have been different, but whose passion, dedication, and love for dance have left a lasting mark on Star Dance Academy.
It was an emotional day filled with laughter, tears, speeches, slideshows, gifts, and memories as we honored all they have accomplished and looked ahead to the bright futures that await them. We were especially proud to celebrate not only our high school graduating seniors but also two college graduates—a rare and special milestone for a dance studio family.
Miss Stef, thank you for being part of SDA since the very beginning. Your loyalty, leadership, and unwavering support have meant more than words can express. We can't wait to watch you thrive in law school.
Miss Xari, your passion for Acro, teaching, and helping others has made such an impact on our studio. While your talent is extraordinary, it is your kindness, empathy, and heart that truly set you apart. We know you will continue changing lives as you pursue your dream of becoming an occupational therapist.
Edienese, while we wish we had more time with you, we are so grateful for the time we did share. We are incredibly proud of your acceptance to AMDA in New York and cannot wait to cheer you on as you pursue your dream of musical theatre.
Lily, thank you for making dance such an important part of your senior year and for the heart you've brought to SDA. We are excited to watch you follow your passion for hairstyling and begin your next chapter at L.A. Hair and Company.
Maggie, we have watched you grow from a tiny dancer into a leader, role model, teammate, and one of the most dedicated members of our studio family. Your significance at SDA is immeasurable, and while it doesn't seem real that you're moving to Florida, Nova Southeastern University is so lucky to have you. You embody what it means to be an SDA dancer, and your dedication, love for this studio, and influence on those around you will never be forgotten. Thank you for your heartfelt speech—there wasn't a dry eye in the room. Your words, just like your presence, left a lasting impact. You are truly irreplaceable.
To all five graduates: thank you for the memories, the lessons, the laughter, and the love you've shared with our studio. We are so proud of you and cannot wait to see where life takes you next! Once an SDA dancer, always an SDA dancer.
