BIG NEWS! We’re excited to share that Betsy Kelso, the book writer and original NYC director of The Great American Trailer Park Musical, is joining our creative team as a Production Consultant! Who better to help bring this show to life than the person who wrote it and first staged it Off-Broadway?

From Betsy: “At 20 years, Trailer Park is still going strong, and there’s something exciting about discovering what still resonates and what might evolve with a new cast and audience!”

Last night, the Midstate Chamber of Commerce presented Castle Craig Players with the 2026 William Sears Rice Award, recognizing a Meriden organization committed to giving back to the community and strengthening downtown, even in the face of challenges.

We believe in this city. We believe in the power of the arts to bring people together. And we’re grateful to be part of a community that keeps showing up for one another.
