To Our Sanctuary Dance Company Family,
There are some messages that are incredibly difficult to put into words, and this is one I never imagined having to share.
After much prayer, many conversations, and careful consideration, we have made the very difficult decision to close Sanctuary Dance Company.
This decision has not come easily. It has been made through many tears, a great deal of prayer, and a lot of careful thought.
When Sanctuary Dance Company began, my prayer was never simply to build a dance studio. I wanted to create a place where students would feel loved, encouraged, challenged, and known. A place where they could grow not only as dancers, but also as people. A place where we could live out our mission:
Teach Dance. Love People. Share Jesus.
By God’s grace, that prayer became a reality because of each and every person who became part of our SDC family.
To our dancers, thank you for allowing us to be a part of your dance journeys. Watching you grow in your confidence, your character, and your love for dance has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. Thank you for your hard work, your perseverance, your laughter, your hugs, and the joy you brought into our studio. I hope you always know how deeply you are loved and how incredibly proud I am of you.
To our families, thank you for trusting us with your children and for supporting our studio throughout the years. Thank you for every drive to class, every Recital, every competition weekend, every volunteer hour, every encouraging word, and every prayer. Your love and support have meant more to me than I could ever fully express.
To our Faculty and staff, thank you for pouring your hearts into our students and loving them so well. Your impact has reached far beyond the steps taught in the classroom, and I will always be grateful for the time we worked alongside one another.
Although Sanctuary Dance Company is closing, I pray the friendships formed, confidence gained, lessons learned, prayers shared, and memories created here will stay with each of you for years to come. I truly believe the love shared within these walls will continue far beyond the time our doors were open.
I will miss our dancers and families more than I can put into words. It has been an incredible honor to teach you, cheer for you, pray with you, and be even a small part of your lives. While this chapter is coming to a close, my love and care for each of you are not. I will continue to pray for you, celebrate you, and cheer you on wherever your journeys lead.
Thank you for making Sanctuary Dance Company so much more than a dance studio. You made it a family, and I will forever treasure the beautiful memories we created together.
Teach Dance. Love People. Share Jesus.
With love and gratitude,
Miss Andrea 🩷
