I started having some paint more and I started doing some of the tree. Hopefully my students and others can do more on it this month and I can start to finish it up. It will be at my studio if anyone wants to help.

Starting to look pretty good!! Last day at the fair if you come to the fair come say hi and fill in a spot of the painting. Can’t wait to see you have a had a blast talking to everyone.

Very happy and grateful. I was not able to paint much last year or this year so far between cataract surgery and grandbaby it’s been hectic and hard. I was able to paint these three before my surgery. And they did pretty well lol all placed first in there own category and got best a best of show. Never know what is going to place and I was totally surprised the boots got the big one. My eyes are getting better and I am back to painting again have a lot of catching up to do. It’s been hard and emotional to get my grove back so to speak but it’s finally back and I am painting like me again. I know I am way behind on everything and trying to catch up. Very grateful to be recognized I am at the Merced County Fair this week through Sunday working on my paintings and I brought the community painting that I started at the Merced Art Festival. Hope you come and help me finish it. I will be at the floricultural building inside this year with my friend Bunny that I have known a long time. She always has been encouraging about my work. For some reason they won’t let us paint in the art building. Thank you everyone for your kind words and encouragement it has helped me come back.

Been so so busy have lots of stuff to post when I get a chance. This is what I am working on for the hall theme at the Arbor Gallery 18 x 24 Old Glory Train for the for the 250 acrylic on canvas. Some of you are new but I post steps as I work on my painting so you can understand the process. I started with a rough sketch then block in for base coat. I hope to be done by Wednesday w

Changed out my paintings at The Pink Duck Art Gallery In Turlock she has such a beautiful gallery !!! So happy for her. Going to take more cards and small paintings also.
