Shoutout to our other family member: Saboteur! Two seasons of community members working together in weekly challenges; however, one of them is a mole trying to sabotage those challenges.

Celebrating 10 years of Drama Island we also want to thank Playhouse Merced for providing a home for 13 seasons.

Started as a crazy game show with 20 to 30 something people in the audience, which grew to the final episode of season 13 being close to packed.

All the contestants can tell you...one of the fun challenges was having a game show coincide with whatever set design would be up for the various shows playing. It was a fun time...which saw a LOT of challenges in that space and on the theatre floor. Thank you!

10 years ago a crazy experiment went down in Merced at Playhouse Merced.

8 contestants from all over had no idea what to expect. 5 weeks went by leaving only two finalists: Chente Cervantes and Joseph Hypes. Chente would go on to be the first winner of Drama Island. His win would create a competition that then went on to 12 more seasons, and 11 more winners (Robert Hypes winning twice).

And NOW what will the future hold?
