High Quality Arts High Quality Arts. Est. 2015 in Merced, CA is your go-to source online for styles and inspiration influenced by the latest fashions with an added flair.

We aim to inspire people to be the best version of themselves and to be confident in their own skin - High Quality Arts is a growing platform that Stephen Schertz created in 2015. He was born in the small city of Merced, California, where, unfortunately, art did not play a significant role in his life until high school in 2008. Now he has High Quality Arts to represent his artwork, along with other illustrators, and artists all striving for the future.
