Kiddieland

A non-profit amusement park for kids located in Applegate Park. Open Saturday & Sunday from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm. Our operating season is usually April - October.

Kiddieland will open soon for the 2026 season! We have six rides desigened for children to enjoy. Rides require 1 ticket with exception of the Train, our Main Attraction, requires two tickets per rider. Tickets cost .50 each, so for the cost of $3.50 a child can ride all the rides one time. We also offer an all day wrist band for $10.00 that allows the wearer to ride all rides an unlimited amount of times all day on the day it is purchased.

The Merced County Fair is open June 10-14! We know you all will be stopping by.
Kiddieland will be closed this weekend but we will reopen next Saturday, June 20th, with a free day sponsored by the Merced County Human Services Agency All Dads Matter program!

This weekend our Kiwanis Club of Greater Merced members Amanda Day & Sandy Zaragoza attended Region 9 Training & visit from Governor Steven Geraci & First Lady Eileen Geraci. Thank you to our Lt. Governor Charlie Christensen for asking us to highlight Kiddieland. We are so proud of how unique Kiddieland is in Kiwanis & how much support we have from our members & the community. We hope we get more of our fellow Kiwanians to visit Kiddieland!

Thank you Mary-Michal Rawling, Public AffairsManager & Kyle Loreto, Diversion Program Manager from the Merced County Association of Governments for presenting at our meeting Monday! They presented on what is MCAG (created in 1967), their special programs & info on the regional transportation plan. Do you know about the Regional Waste Authority programs? Thank you to for inviting the Kiwanis Club of Greater Merced and to the Women's & Men's Basketball games at UC Merced for International Kiwanis Week in honor of our work in the Merced Community and the youth here. We had a great time! Our members loved meeting . They even got to do free throws at halftime.

We will definitely visit again. We hope you all will join us at our opening day in this March and come see the new Kiddieland Train!
