As the 2026 Dunn County Fair comes to a close, it’s honestly hard to put this past week into words.
For many of us on the Fair Board, staff, volunteers, and our countless partners, this wasn’t just a busy week, it was 120+ hour weeks filled with early mornings, late nights, problem solving, and a shared commitment to making this year’s fair the best it could be.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.
Thank you to our incredible sponsors who continue to believe in the Dunn County Fair and invest in something that means so much to our community. Your support allows us to continue growing and improving year after year.
Thank you to every exhibitor, vendor, entertainer, volunteer, employee, emergency responder, and partner who helped make this week possible. None of this happens without you.
And most importantly, thank you to everyone who came out with your families and friends to make memories at the fair.
From more than 1,000 visitors on Wednesday, to over 3,000 on Thursday, 4,000 on Friday, 5,000 on Saturday, and another 1,000+ on Sunday, your support throughout the week was truly incredible.
Those numbers aren’t about setting records or celebrating ourselves, they’re a reminder that the Dunn County Fair remains an important tradition for our community. They represent families making memories, friends reconnecting, children experiencing the fair for the first time, exhibitors showcasing months of hard work, and neighbors coming together to celebrate everything that makes Dunn County special.
The Dunn County Fair has always been about more than rides, food, music, and entertainment. It’s about community. It’s about preserving traditions while continuing to grow and create new experiences for future generations.
On behalf of the entire Dunn County Fair Board, thank you for believing in the fair, supporting our sponsors and vendors, cheering on our exhibitors and grandstand events, and making the 2026 Dunn County Fair one we’ll always remember.
Now it’s time for a little rest… before we start planning an even bigger and better 2027.
