Paw Patrol Day at the Waterpark was fun!! Kids got their face painted, dug in the sand to find Dino’s, and colored their favorite paw patrol character! 🐾

Thank you to everyone has visited us this summer! We close in 4 days on Sunday August 23rd for the 2026 season. Come make one more splash! And a big THANK YOU to our great lifeguards, cashiers, and managers for making a welcoming, fun, and safe waterpark experience.

One Last Splash at Wakanda Waterpark! ☀️

It’s hard to believe another summer is coming to an end! Wakanda Waterpark’s final day of the 2026 season is this Sunday, August 23.

There are still a few days left to soak up some summer fun:
💦 Thursday, August 20: 12:30–7:00 p.m.
💦 Friday–Sunday: 11:00 a.m.–7:00 p.m.

It’s been a great summer at Wakanda Waterpark! This season, we welcomed 23,663 visits, hosted 38 party room rentals, and had 206 family passes purchased.

A big thank you to our Recreation Department staff for all of their hard work throughout the summer! From keeping the pool running each day to creating a safe and welcoming place for our community to enjoy, their dedication helped make another great season at Wakanda Waterpark possible.

And thank you to everyone who spent part of their summer swimming, splashing, celebrating, and making memories with us. Come enjoy the water one last time before we close for the season on Sunday. We hope to see you at the pool! 🌊

Join us on Thursday August 20th for some extra fun for Paw Patrol day at the Wakanda Waterpark. 🐾 There will be face painting provided by a few lifeguards from 2-3pm (while supplies last), Dino Dig in the sand, and coloring sheets!

Come spend one last fun day with us. Reminder we close on Sunday, August 23rd for the season.

Join us for the last Toddler Swim of the season tomorrow morning August 18th from 10:00am - noon.

Rates: $6 for ages 0-5, $6 for adults, free for season pool pass holders
Dates: June 23, July 13, 27, August 4, 18
Times: 10:00am - noon (everyone needs to exit the facility before we reopen to the public at 12:30pm)
Ages: 5 and under

These hours are geared for our youngest swimmers ages 5 and under to use our facility without the large crowds. Everyone entering the pool will pay the daily admission rate of $6 even those under 2. Features available will be the shallow zero entry area and slides in the shallow area. The big slides, lap lanes, and past the blue line will be closed.

Children ages 3 and under are required to wear a swim diaper.
Everyone needs to exit the facility at noon to allow us to prep the pool to reopen at 12:30pm. If you want to come back into the pool at 12:30pm, you may wait outside the front doors. No groups allowed during Toddler Swim hours
