Starting that new band, or have a band and just needs a place to jam that has the equipment and the right atmosphere for you to create and be great? Have a band and need a place to rehearse? Don't want to shell out big bucks for a monthly studio when you only practice a few times a month? is a new practice facility located on the Redwood City/Menlo Park border. Located right off the 101. We have (

4) 15' x 20' rooms available for bookings. Each room has its own P.A. with 3 vocal mics and stands. We also have a house drum set that is available for rental for $10.00 during 3 hour session, $5.00 for each hour after 3 hours. 5 piece kit with high hat and cymbal and throne. The facility has plenty of parking with a well lit safe lot. Just pull right up, unload your gear, set-up, and enjoy your session!

$80.00 for 2 hours. $100 for 3 hours. Booking times(Mon.- Fri 5:30PM to11:30PM) Sat & Sun(10:00AM to11:30PM). Booking/Showing by appointment only.

X.M.E.S. rehearsals in Menlo Park has hourly rooms available for you to come and get your jam on! $80.00 for 2 hrs $100.00 for 3hrs. Rooms are 15 x 22' with 10 foot ceillings! All rooms include P.A. + up to 3 mics and stands during rental. Drum sets, and amplifiers are also available to rent during your session for a small additional fee. X.M.E.S. is now open!!!! We have survived the latest round of COVID shutdowns and are eager to have you back! I would like to thank all of you who have contributed to the studio through direct donations and the X.M.E.S. GoFundMe campaign. The studio would not have survived this long without your support.
