Free summer outdoor concerts will be offered by “Sounds of Spirit Lake,” a committee that grew out of the recent University of Minnesota Business Retention & Expansion Study conducted by the City of Menahga. The committee was recently awarded a $5000 Community Arts Access Grant by the Five Wings Arts Council which will assist the committee in reaching the goals of bringing free cultural events to

the community, promoting Menahga as a destination for quality cultural events and meeting local business concerns with an influx of visitors. Local organizations and businesses have also contributed to the project to enable the scheduling of the concerts. The concerts will be held on the shore of Spirit Lake near the beach area. Those wanting to attend are asked to bring their lawn chairs and/or blankets to listen in a casual relaxed atmosphere. Bad weather will bring the concert inside at the Menahga school. The Sounds of Spirit Lake Concert Series brings our community together with music, laughter, and unforgettable summer evenings by the lake. These concerts provide a place where families, friends, and visitors can gather, connect, and create lasting memories.

B2wins... coming to Windom, Tuesday April 28th at 7pm. KDOM has a pair of tickets to give away! All you have to do is leave a comment on what you like or love about Riverfest or why you want to go to this concert! We will pull a winner on Sunday at 5pm.

Windom Riverfest Committee is bringing this amazing duo to the BARC as a fundraiser for the 2026 summer celebration.
