Facilities include eight outdoor ceremony sites plus an all season climate controlled event center and ballroom with banquet seating for up to 225. Other options include a covered stone portico for intimate events and a 40x60 or 40x80 white reception tent that seats up to 200 comfortably with center dance floor. Clients may rent any portion of the venue for a half day, full day
or full weekend. Exclusive full venue weekend packages are also offered. Additional services include officiant, photography, direction, catering, lights and sound. These can be bundled with venue or you are free to bring in your favorite service providers. Avalon Hall is a Scottish Manor inspired facility featuring a large banquet room, private dressing suite for bridal party or hosts and modern restrooms. The hall also offers service facilities for caterers and families. Panoramic views spread in all directions from the hall and its extensive lawns, adjacent gardens, and walled terrace. The newest addition for 2023 is a massive stone moon gate that provides a portal from the east terrace into a sunken rose garden.
