💡The Word of the Day was interoception: The ability to perceive and interpret internal body signals. We got into our feelings, and then into the body; locating where things showed up & noticing any shifts when verbally expressed. We ranted & digressed, listened & laughed, and colored our reflections into a container of love & connection. s/o + .tr 🗣️

Last Monday we had the most intimate time building conversations around Perception. This workshop was a pure open format dialogue that led to deep thought, writing, sharing & comprehension. Everyone was able to gain new insights into truths they believed, how to interpret them, change and rearrange them, and then resonate with the reflection of said truth. Using tangible worksheets and interpretive dialect, we really got to the core of perception itself & how we understand it.

This biweekly workshop is built to challenge & encourage us all as writers & doers of the spoken word. Be sure to catch us next week! 6-8pm
