Michele Frances is a physical therapist, Pilates instructor and certified strength training specialist. She has been teaching and performing aerial arts nationally for over 8 years. Specializing in aerials silks, single and double point sling and rope, Michele has enjoyed performing in many productions including "Viva Oz Vegas" and "The International Cabaret Festival" in Seattle. Michele owned Vitality Physical Therapy and Aerial studio for 5 years, and has been an instructor at Versatile Arts (as seen in Oprah Magazine) for 2 years. Currently relocated from Seattle to sunny Austin Texas, Michele continues to instruct her students with an in depth knowledge of human kinesiology, anatomical alignment and conditioning techniques which has allowed them to reach personal fitness and aerial goals they never thought they could.
