Meet Sharonda Robinson ♠️

Sharonda Robinson is a respected leader, public servant, and community advocate dedicated to excellence, service, and impact. She serves in a senior leadership role with the Department of the Treasury, where she provides strategic leadership in talent development, policy, planning, and organizational operations.

Beyond her federal career, Sharonda serves as President of Pi Chi Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, leading initiatives focused on education, youth development, health awareness, civic engagement, and community service throughout the Mid-South.

A graduate of Mississippi Valley State University and University of Arkansas, she has been recognized as a 40 Under 40 Beta Cohort honoree and a Distinguished Young Alumni honoree. She is the daughter of retired federal servant Emma Milliner Robinson and the late Ronnie “Big Cat” Robinson, a Memphis basketball legend, and is a devoted mother to Evan and Aaryn.

As a Power 30 honoree, Sharonda continues to lead with purpose, compassion, and a commitment to uplifting her community and inspiring future generations.

Meet Davina Jones ♠️

Davina Jones is a compassionate visionary whose philanthropy and humanitarian efforts are dedicated to restoring dignity and creating opportunities for youth across Memphis, the Mid-South, and surrounding areas. As the Founder of Couture Cares, she has impacted thousands of lives through programs centered on confidence, education, and community support.

Through her signature “Her Prom Closet Experience,” Davina has helped over 6,000 young ladies receive FREE designer gowns, ensuring nothing prevents them from important milestones. Her outreach also includes initiatives like “The Floating Kitchen 901,” promoting youth self-sufficiency, and “Dorm Room Essentials,” helping college freshmen begin their journeys prepared for success.

Inspired by her mother’s battle with lung cancer, Davina also founded the annual “Research for a Cure” charity golf tournament, supporting medical research and scholarships. For more than 12 years, her humanitarian spirit and dedication to service have continued to make a lasting impact by standing in the gap for those who need it most.

Meet Marlita White ♠️

Marlita White is an accomplished healthcare executive and community advocate from Memphis, Tennessee, with extensive experience in behavioral health, primary care, finance, and healthcare operations. A graduate of both The University of Memphis and Webster University, she began her healthcare career in 2012 and helped launch Tri-State Community Health Center in 2015, later serving as CFO and COO at just 34 years old.

In 2019, Marlita became the first African American and youngest CEO of Hardeman County Community Health Center, leading the expansion of healthcare services across West Tennessee, including the opening of The Women and Children’s Center in Bolivar in 2024. She also completed the Healthcare Executive Program at UCLA in 2024.

Known for her commitment to healthcare equity and community advocacy, Marlita has served in several leadership roles and was instrumental in expanding healthcare access during the COVID-19 pandemic. Her impact has earned her numerous honors, including Memphis Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 and the 2025 Logan Beasley Leadership Excellence Award.
