Macon Rd Flea Market

The Mid-South Record Show is November 22nd inside the Agricenter. This is an inside event. Weather will not stop us. Vendor fee is the same as for the record vendors, $75.

We only have fifty spaces available and we are opening twenty spots for "general flea market" booths. Please reserve and pay for your spaces as early as possible. Once these spaces are gone I don't know if we will have more because of the Mid-South Record Show. Available spots for general flea market vendors are 8-16 on the south wall (these have electricity available for $25 extra), 17-23, and 41-47. Spaces will be reserved by table number on a first paid basis.

Each space is 8'x8' and includes one 8' table. Vendors can bring additional tables and or clothes racks as long as they fit in the space provided.

Set up begins at 7am. Drive in drop off is available from 7am-8am. No trailers may be pulled into the venue. At 8am all vehicles must be out of the building. Vendors can continue to set up until 9am by bringing items in through the general admission doorway at the end of the B wing.

This event will continue until 5pm. No cars will be allowed for exit loading until 5pm.

We will not be hosting another outdoor flea market this year. This event is not a free event for those that were rained out previously.

Each booth comes with two vendor passes. General admission for this event is $5 beginning at 9am. Children under 15 with adult admitted free. There is also 8am early admission for the record show, $10 advance, $15 at the door.

Flea market is going to be great this Saturday. This ad for the estate sale next to the store will bring more people than ever.

Our next market will be on June 21st in the parking lot in front of That 70s Shoppe at 6172 Macon Rd. Vendor spaces are $25 for Three parking spaces. Check in begins at 8am. Please check in before setting up so we can assign your space.

This is the "Rain Day Event" for June 7th. Vendors that paid for spaces, canopies, tables, and clothes racks, do not have to pay again

We recommend vendors bring a canopy. If you have a canopy, you must have sufficient weights to keep it in place during windy conditions. If you don't have weights you must either rent weights from us ($10) or buy sand bags from Colonial Hardware (same parking lot opens at 8am). Water bags are available on Amazon and are a great investment.

We request that vendors stay at least until 2pm. We recommend you stay until 4pm to maximize your sales. In the event of rain we will schedule a rain day for Saturday the 14th. Vendors are invited to still set up on the 7th on the covered sidewalk if it rains.

Our marketing will include heavy advertising on Instagram and Facebook as well as a listing in the Memphis Flyer, Yard Sale Treasure Map, Craigslist, and flyers posted around town. We encourage our vendors to promote the Facebook event page and instagram flyer as well.

We have one 13'x13' and two 10'x10' canopies available for rent $35 each. (All canopies are currently rented) I am currently looking to purchase new canopies to replace the ones that were destroyed. I hope to rebuild one from the parts of the destroyed canopies.

Our rain date was scheduled to be this Saturday. Unfortunately it looks worse than today. Seriously considering next Sunday from 11am-5pm. Message me with your thoughts.

So, I guess it rained after all. I'm very sorry for the weather. We will try again next Saturday. Everyone that was here today or paid for today but didn't come because of the weather will be set up free of charge. That includes canopies, tables, and clothes racks.

For everyone that was set up today, as an added bonus for damaged items, you are invited back for the rest of the year free of charge as well. Those events do not include free canopies etc.

Latest weather update is less than 40% chance of rain starting at noon. It will hopefully go north or south of us. We will be open. I will be setting up signs and doing prep work before 7am. Please wait until I am done with that before checking in. Please, check in in the order you arrive. All rows and spaces are numbered. DO NOT BEGIN SETTING UP UNTIL YOU HAVE CHECKED IN AND BEEN ASSIGNED A SPACE. Finally, make sure you have sufficient weights for each of your canopy legs. Little 5 pound weights per leg is NOT enough. We have a limited supply of weights for rent the hardware store has sand and buckets. Bass Pro Shop has weights and bags. See everyone tomorrow.

Vendors, please remember to check in before setting up. You will be assigned your spots on a first come first served basis I will be here putting out the signs before 7:00. Please be patient and wait your turn. If you want to be next to a specific other vendor, please arrive together or have the first vendor pay for both sets of spaces.

I just painted new numbers down all five rows so it should be easier than ever to find your spot
