The Mid-South Record Show is November 22nd inside the Agricenter. This is an inside event. Weather will not stop us. Vendor fee is the same as for the record vendors, $75.
We only have fifty spaces available and we are opening twenty spots for "general flea market" booths. Please reserve and pay for your spaces as early as possible. Once these spaces are gone I don't know if we will have more because of the Mid-South Record Show. Available spots for general flea market vendors are 8-16 on the south wall (these have electricity available for $25 extra), 17-23, and 41-47. Spaces will be reserved by table number on a first paid basis.
Each space is 8'x8' and includes one 8' table. Vendors can bring additional tables and or clothes racks as long as they fit in the space provided.
Set up begins at 7am. Drive in drop off is available from 7am-8am. No trailers may be pulled into the venue. At 8am all vehicles must be out of the building. Vendors can continue to set up until 9am by bringing items in through the general admission doorway at the end of the B wing.
This event will continue until 5pm. No cars will be allowed for exit loading until 5pm.
We will not be hosting another outdoor flea market this year. This event is not a free event for those that were rained out previously.
Each booth comes with two vendor passes. General admission for this event is $5 beginning at 9am. Children under 15 with adult admitted free. There is also 8am early admission for the record show, $10 advance, $15 at the door.
