No tricks or stunts are allowed if caught you will be asked to leave the premises and “NO REFUND”.
2. No standing on top of the atvs or hanging off the atvs.
3. No drinking or eating is allowed during the operation of the atvs.
4. Atvs are to be left on the premises, if taken of the property law enforcement will be called immediately and legal actions will be taken.
5. No pushing or bumping is

allowed during operating the atvs.
6. Every individual entering will have to pay a cover charge whether you are riding or not due to this being an attraction.
7. Young adults under 21 years old of age must be supervised by an adult for safety purposes.
8. Please keep appointment as scheduled due to others scheduled appointments.
9. No group rates specials under 50 people. Group rates only apply to renting the whole day out by contract for 5 hours with over 50 people( church, school and family events etc).
10. Protection policy for Covid requirement: no safety gear will be supplied by Backwoodz Atvz Rental and Attractions you must bring your own.

11. A signed waiver to ride at your our risk and do not hold Backwoodz atv Rentals and Attractions , partners, associates, land owner responsible for any accidents or injury etc during rental of Atv and riding land locations.

12. Please bring a change of clothes for afterwards the terrains does consist of getting dirty. Note:
Rentals must be paid in advance to reserve your rentals. Rentals will not be held without a deposit or full payment. Deposit will be half the rental and must be 5 or more rentals. No refunds for no shows, same day cancellations or late more than 30 mins to an hour. All deposits are non refundable due to saved date for your reservation.
