Out2Shine Party Bus promotes a fun atmosphere for all occasions. The bus includes
● Premium Stereo System/ Bluetooth capable
● 65 in monitor and two 40 inch monitors
● LED Lighting
● Cup Holders & Ice holder
● 2 Party Poles
● Comfortable seating
● Light Tint/curtains by request
● Smoke Fogger/ Laser Lights
● Bus carries up to 25- 30 passengers max
● 2 to 4 Chaperones for children parties (depending on party size).
Reservations Fee
Deposit is ONE HOUR of renter fee and is nonrefundable if you cancel. You have 72 hours to cancel from time of your booking. If you cancel after 72 hours you loss your deposit.
Hourly rate
For ALL parties scheduled before 6 p.m. There is a 3 hour minimum and bus is $175 per hour.
For ALL parties scheduled after 6 p.m. There is a 4 hour minimum and the bus is $300 per hour.
Hours may vary on holidays.
Curbside Party is $150 per hour for (events, house parties, gatherings, etc.) Non-Motion
Rules and Regulations for ALL participants
● Guest are welcome to bring your own alcoholic beverages and we encourage everyone to drink responsibly
● While bus is in motion, ALL passengers must remain seated.
● No Food allowed on the bus
● No glitter or confetti
● Please use poles in a safe manner and avoid climbing the poles.
● Attention: Standing on the bus while in motion may result in injury or bodily harm to others. Please remain seated while the bus is in motion. Out2Shine affiliates are not responsible for any injuries sustained during the reservation if regulations are not followed properly.
Policies and Procedures
● No smoking
● No underage Drinking
● No disorderly conduct
● No weapons
● No overcrowding on the bus
● No standing on seats
Fees
Smoking fee- $150 Clean up fee will be applied. All services will be terminated for underage drinking with NO REFUND.
Fuel Fee- Fuel Fee May apply for excessive mileage.
Loss of Property
Out2Shine is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. In the event any items are recovered, the party host will be contacted.
Damage Policy
The driver will inspect the bus before and after each rental. If there are any damages, the customer is responsible for any repairs. These damages may include cracked or broken windows, smoke burns, residue, damage to seats, lights, TVs, sound system, etc.
Cancellation Fees
All bookings require a deposit to confirm your reservation. Deposits are non-refundable after 72 hours. Party can be cancel due to disorderly at any time during party, with NO REFUND.
Deposit only covers the first hour as a reservation fee. Full payment is due 10 DAYS IN ADVANCE from date of booking.
By signing below, this confirms you understand the terms and conditions set forth by Out2Shine Party Bus LLC. And Out 2 Shine shall not be held responsible for any actions by passengers leading to personal injury.
