In my role as an art professor, I produce dozens of sketches on a daily basis, totaling hundreds of sketches, drawings, and paintings per semester. The 18x24 newsprint paper is our preferred choice for quick sketches, owing to its cost-effectiveness and utility. Each sketch demonstration for my students lasts approximately 2 to 3 minutes. I encourage you to explore Cathay Studio, where my 2-minute quick sketch technique will be demonstrated.
