We’re channeling the energy of the Chinese New Year: Year of the Fire Horse—a symbol of confidence, movement, and fearless forward momentum—paired with the sweetness of Valentine’s weekend as a reminder to choose what you love and pour into it (including yourself).

Expect a warm, supportive vibe with guided reflection prompts, intention-setting, and plenty of creative time to build a vision board that reflects what you truly want in the months ahead. All materials are provided, so you can show up empty-handed and leave inspired—with something tangible that keeps your vision front and center.

QUEENS OF HEARTS with and . ❤️ This Lap Dance Party is a flirt-forward doubles chair dance experience made for fun—not romance. Pull up with your friends or chosen fam, or come solo and get paired up when you arrive. Both parties will be learning a sexy, flirt filled choreography. You’ll dance with your partner, they’ll dance for you and you’ll dance for them, taking turns in the spotlight.

Slip into that sexy lil outfit you’ve been saving and get ready to slink, slide, and serve in a bold, affirming space that celebrates playful chemistry, shared confidence, and sensual energy. You’ll leave with your own solo performance video of the routine—so you can relive your escapades whenever you choose!

Returning class (Sundays at 1:45pm): Chair Dance is back! Chair Dance with Danielle Pierce is back by popular demand. Wear something you feel slinky in—open to all levels.

New class (Sundays at 3:00pm): Aerial Conditioning Aerial Conditioning with Dana Beth Ross is now on Sundays at 3pm. A complement to our popular Pole Conditioning class—taught on the Aerial Hoop (Lyra). Build strength and practice foundational movement patterns to be ready to dance in the air. Open to all levels.
