Well, practice is at a semi-fever pitch...had to change keys on several pieces and adjust some songs to make them more interesting and to make them my own. I have to be careful to work all of the kinks out of my voice before next week...too close to performance to stretch or strain a cord.
Right along now it's voice to ear to brain memory time. You know you have that connection when your mind strays while you are singing a song and you still get all the word right and stay on key. ..about 25 to 50 times a song is what it takes.
