The Outbreak Christian Music Venue The Outbreak is a Christian Music Venue that hosts bands, theatre, or any fine art. We want to maintain the integrity of our institution.

Our goal is to provide Christian and local bands an outlet for their work along with providing the community a new place to hang out. As we build in communion with each other and honoring God, we can build a better person and a better community. At the Outbreak, we understand that there will be Non-Christian bands in the area, and we want them to know that they are welcome as long as they adhere t

As I'm trying to decide what to write in this little box, I'm looking at the pages of our influences. These are the successful groups that we hold as a personal standard. I'm reading through their descriptions and determining how we should describe ourselves to fit the mold of the industry we struggle to thrive in.
I'm realizing that I could fill up a paragraph or two giving vivid, specific adjectives about how our drums and bass are the rock that we elegantly lay guitars and keys on top of to support my bleeding-heart vocals. This is what the industry calls for.

Or, I could spare you the time and simply say that we strive to write relevant music about real life issues that we go through. We write these songs with the faith that lives will be touched in the same way that ours have been by our favorite artists. We hope to create something meaningful that will bless others.

But uh, yea. We like rock music. So we do that too.
