VENDORS WANTED — MEEKER PUMPKIN FESTIVAL
Saturday, October 24, 2026 | Meeker, Oklahoma | 10 AM–9 PM
Vendor applications are now open for the 2026 Meeker Pumpkin Festival, and we're looking for vendors from across Oklahoma to help us build something a little different this year.
We're transforming downtown Fowler Street into an old-world-inspired fall harvest market with wooden market booths, string lights, pumpkins, fall décor, food, live entertainment, children's activities and an evening festival atmosphere.
We are actively looking for:
🍂 Handmade & artisan goods — woodworking, pottery, candles, soaps, leather, jewelry, crochet/knit goods, quilts, artwork, metalwork, stained glass and handcrafted décor
🎃 Fall & farm vendors — pumpkins, gourds, mums, plants, produce, honey, jams, preserves, pecans, baked goods, breads, pies and seasonal products
🥨 Food vendors & trucks — BBQ, smoked meats, bratwurst, German/European-inspired foods, pretzels, kettle corn, roasted nuts, festival foods, desserts, coffee, cider, specialty drinks and other great food concepts
🛍️ Boutiques & specialty retail — clothing, western wear, hats, accessories, children's items, home décor, antiques, vintage goods and unique gifts
🔨 Demonstrations & experiences — blacksmithing, woodcarving, fiber arts, heritage trades, face painting, children's activities and other interactive experiences
We are curating approximately 40 vendor spaces to create a diverse market rather than filling the street with duplicate products.
Vendor options start at $50, with options for electricity, festival-provided decorating and a limited number of our new wooden Harvest Market booths.
