Big news: The Media Film Festival is now the MAC Film Festival!

The new name reflects the connection to our parent organization, the Media Arts Council (MAC), whose mission is to actively support local artists and integrate a wide range of arts into the life of the entire community.

While our name has changed, our commitment to showcasing outstanding independent films and fostering connection remains the same.

Even more exciting, this year marks the 20th anniversary of the festival. We're celebrating two decades of incredible storytelling and amazing filmmakers – we can’t wait to share what’s next!

Film submissions open TOMORROW! Check our website for details, and join us as we celebrate 20 years of film and creativity under our new name: MAC Film Festival.

Three friends awaken something supernatural through a thrifted Ouija board—only to discover it’s far more interested in exposing their secrets than answering their questions.
