So yesterday my blood pressure skyrocketed to 182/108 and it was terrifying.

So, in accordance with the Doctor and the American Heart Association, I basically need to quit all of my bad habits and start new good ones.

-No Smoking/Vaping
-Cut back on food that I love
-No alcohol of any kind (Non-Alcoholic beers not included)
-Exercise and walk more
-Find better stress outlets

I started a new medication today, so fingers crossed that it also helps. Got a busy week ahead!
