The Jubilee is a multi-faceted holiday event held in November of each year to benefit The Craterian Theater at The Collier Center for The Performing Arts. The community is invited to show their artistic baking skills by creating gingerbread designs and participate in a gingerbread bake-off with cash prizes given for the best in each of the three categories: adult, student, group. ened to the public for a community tour of the gingerbread art. An auction gala is held during the Jubilee where benefactors are invited to attend and enjoy a champagne welcome, holiday appetizer feast, silent auction, gingerbread art viewing and a live auction featuring trips, wine tours, dinners, etc.
