Walworth County Fair (Elkhorn WI) Rodeo Contestants: Enter the gate at the Equestrian Center off Court St. REMINDER it is a 5:30pm performance!!!!! Barrel Slack at noon! Check in starts at 2:30 and you must be checked in by 4:30. Every horses coming in MUST have a hard copy of coggins to turn into the fair. Fees are cash as we pay out cash.

As our page continues to grow and reach close to 30,000 followers and opens up to lots more viewers, we are getting more comments from uninformed people regarding animal abuse which I wake up and unfortunately have to delete daily. We want to address this directly because transparency is important to us, and we deeply care about our animals.

First and foremost: We are in this business because we love these animals. We do not tolerate any form of abuse. Honestly, if reincarnation exists, many of us would love to come back as one of our rodeo bulls!

Here are the facts about how our animal athletes are actually raised and cared for:

Natural Instinct: These bulls are specifically bred and raised to buck, just like a racehorse is bred to run. You cannot force an animal of this size to buck if it does not want to.

The Flank Rope: There is a common myth about the flank rope. It is a soft cotton rope that goes nowhere near the bull’s ge****ls. It causes no pain or irritation. It simply acts as an unfamiliar object that encourages them to accentuate their natural kick, and gives them a distraction once the rider is off.

Workload: Most of our bulls only travel to 8–10 shows a year. With an average ride time of 4 seconds, they spend a grand total of 32 to 40 seconds a year actually bucking. In fact, many get visibly upset if they are left behind at the farm instead of coming to an event.

World-Class Care: Our bulls get the absolute best feed and veterinary care possible. If you attend any of our two-day shows, you will see that the bulls are fed and watered before any of our human crew even eats.

Clearing Up Confusion: We know there are videos circulating online showing poor treatment at certain Mexican bull riding events. It is important to know that Mexican bull riding and American bull riding have entirely different regulations, styles, and safety standards.
They cannot be compared to what we do.

Our bulls are not just livestock; they are our family, and they are elite athletes. We love, respect, and protect them every single day. Thank you to our fans who continue to support us and the sport we love!
