May 2020, Long Island, NY – The Brookhaven Fair, a Long Island tradition for over seventeen years, will be bigger and better than ever in 2019 at its brand new home, The Fairgrounds, from Memorial Day Weekend through Father’s Day Weekend.
The Fairgrounds is a dedicated outdoor entertainment venue conveniently located a half-mile east of Exit 64 of the Long Island Expressway, on the South Service Road.
The move keeps all your favorite Fair fun and activities while making it much easier and more convenient to attend! There’s easy access from the L.I.E. and far more on-site parking, which means no need for shuttle buses. And this year, we’ll have even more free entertainment, new amusement rides, delicious fair food, and challenging games of skill. Everything Long Islanders have known and loved about the Brookhaven Fair will be enhanced for 2019 at The Fairgrounds!”
Entering its 19th year, the Brookhaven Fair is a Long Island institution, offering fun and affordable attractions and entertainment for families right here on Long Island. This year, there are returning favorites like The Lance Gifford Illusion and Hypnotist Shows, Robinson’s Racing Pigs, and The Barnyard Petting Corral, among so many more!
You’ll also enjoy motorcycle and other thrill shows, aerial acts, circus performances, a Kiddieland, and more than forty state fair-style amusement rides! This year at The Fairgrounds, the Brookhaven Fair midway will be even bigger, packed with more games, prizes, fun, and delicious fair food!
The family-friendly Brookhaven Fair takes place over four weekends: Memorial Day Weekend, May 24 - 27; May 31 - June 2; June 7 - 9; and Father’s Day weekend, June 14 - 16. Gates open at 5pm on Fridays and at 1pm on Memorial Day and weekend days. (Schedule and attractions subject to change due to weather.) Once again this year, the Brookhaven Fair is proud to donate a portion of the proceeds to the Jordan Schuman Foundation for Kindness, a not-for-profit organization whose mission it is to create and promote a culture of kindness through grants and donations to charities and individuals in need.
