SIX x SIX Pop-up Art Exhibition

Location : 230 E Main St, Downtown Medford
Date : February 21, 2020, doors open 6pm. (This is a FREE event and all are welcome.)

Early Bird: $10, open 5pm. Tickets at marrowcollective.com
(Early Bird is for those that want to beat the crowd, get in an hour early and get first dibs on pieces, limited to 50 people.)

SIX x SIX, an experimental pop-up art exhibition curated by Marrow Collective featuring 30 artists and over 160 pieces. Our aim is to connect the audience directly with the artists. Every piece will measure six inches by six inches and sell for $50 a piece. Our goal is to level an otherwise expensive market, giving viewers a chance to own original work and giving great artists an opportunity to share.

Many of our chosen creators do not know each other, purposefully so. We hope to strengthen our community of artists by bringing them all together, devoid of any standing they have in their profession. To achieve this, we are having all artists sign the back of their pieces. This way, all purchases are solely based on both personal aesthetic, as well as the narrative our audience creates for the work.

All pieces will sell for $50

Pieces will sell on a first come first serve basis. We will not hold or presale any pieces, and you must be here to purchase. Pieces will remain on wall until pick up at 8:30pm.

All proceeds from art sales will go 100% to the artists.

All other proceeds, (early bird, merch, portion of drink) will go 100% to Rogue Retreat.

Lots of hard work leading up to Friday! Shoutout to our friends Millie, Myla, and Jahayra for helping us out.
We would also like to announce that we are selling our early bird tickets on our site, MarrowCollective.com . Early bird is for those that want to avoid the large crowd, get first dibs on paintings, and have some time to hang out with the artists on a more personal level. Tickets are $10, and all proceeds will be going directly to Rogue Retreat.

We looking forward to seeing you at our upcoming SIX x SIX exhibition on February 21st. Marrow events are city funded, and all proceeds go to artists involved as well as our chosen nonprofit. We ran into a funding issue due to some city bylaws, which took some time to overcome. Our timeline is a bit different, but the exhibition has improved with an increased number of artists. Our website will be updated over the coming week with more info.
We apologize to those traveling to attend the show, get in contact with us if you are from out of town and we’ll make it up!
