I'd like to offer a discounted flat rate to do a custom full back panel! Giving me total freedom to create a design I'd like to tattoo to showcase my skill set. Of course I'd create something that you'd love to wear on your skin as well! I'd like to do this in a Neo Traditional style! Price point varies from $2,000 to $2,500 depending on body size.
