Enamel Warehouse has had the highest standards for Customer Service since 2010. We are women owned and run. Kay, Vanessa, and I are friends and artists. We process orders each and every Monday and Thursday and ship the following day. Unlike other distributors, if you see it listed on our site, then we have it in stock to ship to you. We always refund excess shipping because ETSY determines the shipping and frequently overcharges our customers for the cost of shipping.
