Another fantastic weekend of competition for TTP. (3) 1st place overalls. (2) 2nd place overalls, (2) 3rd place overalls, (1) 8th place overall. 7 platniums (6 of them 1st place). 4 elite golds (3 of them 1st place) and 2 powerpacks. WHEW!!! So very proud of all of the girls and their hard work!!!

Total Body Boot Camp Starts Tomorrow 3/14/13.....

When: Thursdays 6:30-7:30pm
Where: TTP
Cost: $5 per class (cash only)

**bring WATER and a set of 2/3/5 pound weights & a set of "heavy" weights (8,10,12 pounds) all of which depends on your body because everyone is different:) If you do not have 2 sets,1 set of 2/3/5lbs will be perfect!!! No weights??? NO problem, I promise with or without weights you will work just as hard and burn just as much!!!

This class is open to ANYONE who wants to SWEAT some pounds off, so bring a friend or several friends!! It will be FUN and REWARDING:)
