The Meadville Area Recreational Complex is a unique forty-seven acre, multi-faceted recreational facility owned and operated by the Meadville Area Recreational Authority. DeArment Ice Arena, the George J. Barco Aquatic Center, a Skate park, four lighted tennis courts, nature trail, sand volleyball courts, picnic shelters, and baseball and soccer fields.

Our amazing Maintenance team worked through the evening get the part installed and the chemicals balanced and we are back open for the outdoor pool. It’s going to be an amazing day so come on down and cool off!

The overnighted part for the outdoor pool will not arrive June 11th. We were told to expect it June 12 between 11am-2:30pm tomorrow. We will remain closed on the outdoor pool until it gets here and installed. The indoor pool will be open 12-5pm today and tomorrow.

The overnighted part has not arrived yet so we will be closed until the part arrives. We still have hope we will get it open at some point today but it will remain closed until it gets here. We apologize.

Just an update, we are waiting for the part to get delivered sometime today. We will make a determination on the outdoor pool between 10:30-11:30am today. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

We had a pipe break on the outdoor pool this morning and our maintenance is working hard to resolve the issue. We will be CLOSED for the outdoor pool today. The indoor pool will still be up and you can go outside to sun bathe if you wish.
