Did you know that you can support Second Saturday Community Market during Crawford Gives? You can make a donation to Meadville Council on the Arts and specify in the notes what portion of the funds should be earmarked for SSCM use!

Your support allows us to keep making Second Saturday one of the best parts of summertime in Meadville, and supports our work in highlighting local talent. šŸ’ššŸ’›

The party isnā€™t over just because Second Saturday Community Market has ended for the day! Thereā€™s still a lot to do in Meadville!

The Women in Heritage Arts show at Hatch Hollow opens tonight! View work from 16 local artists- opening reception is 5-8 this evening!

You can also enjoy live music in the The Arc Community Greenspace from 6-9. Three singer-songwriters will be performing as well as record-spinning by Markymask! Bring a favorite vinyl along!

Looking to get crafty? The French Creek Arts Collective is hosting Art Bar this evening from 6:30-9:30 in their studio in Cussewago Square. Drop in to choose from a selection of projects from the craft menu.

The sun is out and weā€™re all set up and ready for you, Meadville! This monthā€™s Second Saturday Community Artisan Market extends from the Diamond to Water St! Weā€™re here from 9-2!

Our friend Auna Walters will be at the market tomorrow with a FREE make-and-take terrarium craft for kids!

Weā€™ll also be featuring music from Vanilla Bill and Corinna DelGreco, face painting by Firehouse Tap & Grille, and Magic Steve will be there making his awesome balloon sculptures!

Youā€™ll also get a chance to talk to the Northwest Pennsylvania Investment Cooperative about investing in our downtown, the organizers of the MLK Scholarship Fund, learn about Seton School, Allegheny College and the Community Impact Hub at Allegheny College, and support the Allegro Dance team by purchasing some of their handcrafted items!

We hear French Creek Coffee and Tea Co. LLC will be making fresh donuts šŸ©, and that Sloane will be serving up lemonade outside the shop! MC Micheles LLC will have sidewalk sales, weather permitting, so you can get some back to school shopping done!

So much to do in downtown Meadville tomorrow during the market!

Wendy Mosbacher's polymer clay creations are incredibly detailed- from figures to journals to trinket boxes, she always has something new and awesome in her booth!

Shannonā€™s Silver-Wearables boasts a collection of items crafted from upcycled silverware- check out the pool ball and fork snail!

Fisher Farm has a great selection of natural products for the home and body.

Grab a bookmark or journal from Crafters' Codex.

Funky Fold has the COOLEST tie dyed blankets and apparel.

Joy & Love Creations will be there with a great selection of handsewn zipper and tote bags in a variety of colorful patterns!

Sydney of Slow Formations has gorgeous knitted apparel, accessories, and handspun yarn.

Moon Sunset Farm has body care products crafted from goats' milk (and do yourself a favor, go to their page, and see pics of their adorable baby goats šŸ˜)

We're so happy to have Josh of Sylvanbroc Leather back with his beautifully crafted bags and accessories.
