Hello Mac! Long time no talk! Hope everyone is doing well, we miss you all so very much!!!
We just wanted to share the very exciting update in our lives, not pottery related but even more exciting! Jocie and Dylan welcomed a sweet baby girl into the world September 26th 2023!! Meet Ophelia Gene Golden!! Fourth generation Golden Girl! We wish you all could meet her, but these pictures will have to do for now. 🩷

LAST DAY OPEN!!!

This picture was in my photo memories from three years ago. Watching the sun shine through our window, projecting our logo onto the wall of pottery has been a favorite pastime of ours. It was a reminder of how lucky we have been to be Golden Girls Pottery for three and a half years.

We can't express the joy we have received from painting pottery with you all! We feel honored and privileged to have been able to meet and spend time with so many wonderful people. Thank you for sharing your special moments with us. Some of our favorite memories are of the many children who received personalized birthday plates that made them feel as special as they truly are, watching families paint together and grow in years and numbers, pregnancy announcements, surprise dates, and anniversaries. Best of all, we have loved watching you discover the artists you are. You don't have to be perfectly talented to be an artist; all you have to be able to do is hold a paintbrush. All of those moments combined have built lasting memories Jocie and I will cherish for the rest of our lives.

Thank you! We have loved creating art with you!

Look at those bags! Is one of them yours? Check your voicemail to see if we have left you a message to come pick up your pottery! We're open today until 7:00 and tomorrow 1:00-7:00!

Remember, you have already paid for this pottery! All you have to do is pick it up!

We CANNOT store it, so we will donate it to local organizations once we are closed. We would MUCH rather you have the pottery you paid for! Come on down!

***THREE MORE DAYS TO PICK UP POTTERY!***

We permanently close at 7:00 p.m. this Monday! We vacate the space on Tuesday for good.

We are not seeing enough of you picking up pottery! We still have so much of your pottery here and it needs to go home with you!

We're open until 8:00 tonight and we're open 1:00-7:00 Sunday and Monday! Come pick up your pottery!

We cannot store it! Please call if you think you may have pottery and we will check for you!

**FINAL WEEKEND OPEN!!!**

This is your last chance to pick up your pottery! We are open Friday and Saturday from 1:00-8:00, and Sunday and Monday from 1:00-7:00. We will vacate this space on Tuesday, August 16th, so there is no more time after Monday! We are low on bags, so if you can bring your own, we'd appreciate that!

Check your voicemail! We have been calling those who have older pottery to pick up. Please come pick up your pottery!

If you have moved and asked us to ship your pottery, please check your spam folders for the shipping invoice. You can pay shipping through the invoice and we will mail your pottery to you.

We're sleep deprived and stressed! Come say see ya later this weekend and take home your fabulous pottery!

***LAST PAINTING DAY!***

That's right! Today is our last painting day! We still have pottery and everything is 20% off! Come paint one last time or pick up non-dinnerware pieces to paint at home with acrylics. All dinnerware must be glazed and fired to be safe for food and drinks!

If you have pottery to pick up, please come get it! Check your voicemail, as we have been leaving messages! You have FIVE MORE DAYS TO PICK UP POTTERY! We want you to have the pieces you paid for and created, so when in doubt, call us! 503-687-5225.

We're bagging it up and calling you! This weekend and next weekend are your last chance to pick up your pottery! We cannot store it!

August 15th at 7:00 p.m. we will close our door permanently. Please come before that time to pick up your pottery!

***LAST POTTERY PAINTING WEEKEND!!!***

We have four more days of painting! This is the last of our inventory. If you want something, come and get it because it's your last chance! All pottery is 20% off! Our hours are Friday and Saturday from 1:00-8:00, and Sunday and Monday from 1:00-7:00.

If it's dinnerware or a water pipe, it must be glazed and fired. If it's anything else, it can be painted and sealed with acrylic paints.

If you have pottery to pick up, please come and get it! You have two weekends to pick it up before we PERMANENTLY CLOSE! We cannot store it. If in doubt, please call us at 503-687-5225 and we'll check.

We want to make sure you get your pottery! Please check your voicemail because we're leaving messages!

Closing is feeling very real for us, Mac. We are going to miss painting with you!

We had so much fun at Grown Ups Night Out we forgot to take pictures of anything but the delicious food from Geraldi's in Mac! Thank you to all who came and tolerated the warmth! The last event at Golden Girls Pottery had to be the day it was 100° out! We so enjoyed visiting with everyone and will miss seeing you all!

This is your reminder we have FIVE MORE PAINTING DAYS before we permanently close. We'd love to see your smiling faces again!

Even if you can't come paint, please make sure you have picked up your pottery! If you can't remember, call us and we'll double check for you. Today and two more weekends for pick up only!

Our hours tomorrow will be 1:00-5:00 for general public painting. We're closing early for Grown Ups Night Out! Sunday and Monday hours will still be 1:00-7:00. Two more painting weekends left!

***FOR OUR GROWN UPS NIGHT OUT PEEPS***

It is going to be stupid hot again tomorrow. We will have the AC and fans blowing, but it will still be warm in the studio. We're a small space that heats up when filled and there will be 24 of us tomorrow night. Please dress for your comfort. If you have wearable cooling gear, we recommend you bring it. We will have cups and our water cooler available to help keep you hydrated. Feel free to bring a water bottle to fill.

We're really excited to spend the evening painting with you, even if we're all sweaty!
