Friday, August 7th, 5-7pm: Opening Reception of Sun-Drenched, a special exhibition celebrating the warmth, light, and beauty of the season.

On view August 5–30, Sun-Drenched features original artwork inspired by long summer days, flourishing gardens, colorful still lifes, sunlit landscapes, and the simple joys of summer. Alongside the special exhibition, explore a diverse collection of original paintings, photography, sculpture, ceramics, glass, and more by McLean Art Society artists.

🇺🇸✨ Celebrate with us! ✨The McLean Art Society invites you to the Opening Reception for America at 250, a special exhibition reflecting on the American experience as our nation approaches its 250th anniversary.

On view July 1–August 2, this exhibit explores America’s history, landscapes, people, ideals, and evolving stories through the eyes of local artists. Alongside America at 250, the gallery will showcase 200+ original works spanning a wide range of themes and media—from oil, acrylic, pastel, and watercolor to photography, sculpture, ceramics, jewelry, and more.

Join the McLean Art Society for the Opening Reception of our June exhibition, featuring the special exhibit Water Stories and more than 200 original works by local artists, showcasing different themes, styles, and mediums.

Inspired by the beauty, movement, and meaning of water, Water Stories explores rivers, oceans, rain, reflections, and the memories and emotions they evoke. Throughout the gallery, you’ll also discover paintings, photography, sculpture, ceramics, jewelry, and more in a wide range of styles and media.
