A beautiful performance begins long before our dancers step onstage.

Our costume coordinator puts so much time, care and intention into choosing costumes that help every student feel confident while looking polished and age-appropriate. Although she truly loves what she does, selecting the right costumes still takes research, travel, thoughtful decision-making and plenty of behind-the-scenes work.

As the owner of MBSOD, I am incredibly grateful for your partnership, Ms. Annie and the way you help bring each performance to life.

Bring a Friend Week is in full swing at MBSOD!

One of my favorite things about dance is the community we build along the way.

This week our dancers get to invite someone special into THEIR dance world and share a little of what they love about class.

Learning new skills is great, building confidence is important and getting to do it alongside a friend makes it even better!

What a joy it has been watching our dancers learn, grow, build confidence and, of course, have FUN along the way.

To every dancer and family who spent part of their summer with MBSOD, thank you for allowing me to be part of your dancer’s journey.

Now it’s time to celebrate how far we’ve come and get excited about what’s next!

A Trial Visit gives us an opportunity to do more than introduce your child to dance.

It gives me a chance to get to know your dancer.

I’m looking at their strengths, how they learn, where they may need additional support, and which program may be the best fit.

At the same time, your family gets to experience teaching styles, class environment, and the care behind MBSOD.

Every great dancer starts with the fundamentals.

One of the things dancers learn and continue to practice is how we move across the floor.

Why?

Because those simple walks become tendus, battements, leaps, turns, and so much more.

At MBSOD, we don’t just teach movements. We teach the purpose behind them, giving every dancer a strong foundation to build on.
