The piano is often a lonely instrument. Unlike many musicians who regularly rehearse in groups, pianists spend much of their time practicing and performing on their own.
That’s why opportunities to play with others are so important! Learning to listen, collaborate, adjust, lead, and follow are essential skills that help create well-rounded musicians.
We are so proud of our piano ensemble students this summer! They have been doing an incredible job learning duets, supporting one another, and bringing their music to life together. Their hard work, focus, and enthusiasm have made every rehearsal so much fun, and it’s been exciting to watch their confidence and musicianship shine as they play side by side. 🎹✨
