Please note: Our summer hours run with our summer camp program: 9:00 - 5:00 Monday through Friday

Gemini Theater is holding auditions for our next two productions of the 2026-2027 season. Audition dates are Monday, October 12 and Tuesday, October 13 by appointment. Audition times are 6:30 – 9:00. Actors must prepare a VERSE AND CHORUS/REFRAIN of an upbeat song from a contemporary musical OR musician/band. We will have a Bluetooth speaker if you wish to provide INSTRUMENTAL accompanying tracks for yourself. A Capella auditions are acceptable. Sides (short excerpt from script) will be provided from the productions. Gemini Theater shows are interactive and often have "large" character personalities - having fun with your cold reading is the best way to show us your amazing talents!
Gemini Theater is casting all roles in the following productions:
“Beauty & the Beast Holiday” running December 5 – 20, 2026
“Snow White” running January 23 – 31, 2027
All performances are held on Saturdays and Sunday afternoons. Actors will be considered for both productions unless informed otherwise. There can be no conflicts with technical rehearsals or performance dates to be considered for casting. Students age 10 – 17 are invited to audition for both productions. Adults aged 18+ will be provided with a contract and stipend if cast in either or both shows. *Adult actors may be asked to provide clearances to work with a cast that includes youth actors.*

Gemini Theater will be 30 years magical officially on October 12. We are celebrating on October 10 with a fundraiser event that is sure to be a fun and exciting evening. I would love for everyone I know to attend, but I know life is busy for many folks.

I did want to share our donation link which directly supports the 30th Anniversary Funding Drive. Our goal for the 2026-2027 season is $30,000. We know that we are reaching a bit higher for the stars, but every dollar counts when it comes to making theater arts experiences accessible for all children and teens. Your support means we can continue offering discounted and free programs for families, schools, and youth organizations that do not have the funding for classes, camps, tickets, and outreach performances & workshops.

I truly appreciate your consideration of being part of the Gemini Magic as we celebrate 30 years of interactive theater in the Greater Pittsburgh area.

Gemini Families! Acting opportunity for a 7 - 10 year old with Pittsburgh Savoyards :

Ok FB team - you came through for Pillowman...what can you do for the Pittsburgh Savoyards Christmas Carol? I'm in search of a Tiny Tim. This adaptation actually makes the role somewhat larger. Boy presenting, 7-10, and um...probably tiny. Rehearsals begin mid October, shows are 3 weekends in Dec. The Savoyards are in Bellevue and rehearsals are in the same space. If you have an option please send info to [email protected]!
