It is not going to happen! Central Park Raceway can not open in 2011. The amount of vandalism is to great. Every thing has been stolen or destroyed! If you have built a car or have plans to build a car, hang on , I think I can handle the repairs to the track by 2012. I am sorry, Promoter Sam Hines

The rules will not change!! My rules are based on the promise that stock car racing at this level ,has to be affordable to be fun, Sam Hines
