Scary Sherri's on Eastview
We have reached the decision to discontinue our large-scale Home Haunt in 2024, thereby bringing to a close a remarkable 20-year tradition that has drawn over 10,000 attendees.
I want to thank all the people who have came out and Supported our home haunt. A specail thanks to all the people who have helped run the haunt. I wish to extend my heartfelt gratitude to Sherri Young-Noto Molenda, whose steadfast support has been a cornerstone of this endeavor throughout its 20-year tenure. Nevertheless, the complexities and demands of hosting the haunt have escalated, necessitating an elaborate six-week setup process, encompassing a two-week vacation period, during which I engage in prolonged workdays. Moreover, I assume virtually all responsibilities, with the additional obligation of performing maintenance and repairs for a further 4-6 weeks after the haunt's setup is complete. The task of overseeing the haunt and soliciting volunteers to scare visitors each year has also become increasingly difficult. WE WILL BE HAVING A HALLOWEEN SALE KEEP A EYE OUT FOR DETAILS.
