These behind the scenes moments are always a favorite observation into the process of making an educational high quality production. Backstage culture determines onstage performance. Through prompt attendance at rehearsals and learning lines, music and choreography on schedule, students acquire valuable self-discipline techniques and become reliable and trustworthy members of an ensemble.

Audition Notice: 🎭
Welcome to "Hadestown: Teen Edition"—a bold and unforgettable musical journey inspired by the ancient Greek myths of Orpheus and Eurydice, alongside Hades and Persephone.
This is ultimately a show about love.
Blending folk, jazz, blues, and contemporary musical theatre, "Hadestown: Teen Edition" follows two intertwining Greek stories: young dreamers Orpheus and Eurydice, and the powerful King Hades and Persephone. As Eurydice is drawn into the underground world of Hadestown, Orpheus must risk everything to bring her home, discovering the power of hope, love, and perseverance along the way.
"Hadestown: Teen Edition" is a full-length adaptation by the original authors specifically created to make the show accessible and appropriate for family audiences.
Auditions are open to students 8th through 12th grades.

This summer just felt extra special! The overnight campers were surrounded and supported by an amazing group of talented artists with big hearts. The four Teen Junior Counselors in Training this summer were - Mary, Kaiden, Edella and Alice; they were supported by our veteran counselors. These teens are kind, talented and hard workers who offered a warm atmosphere for our campers. In the evenings overnight campers had time to play volleyball, rehearse, music lessons, nature walks, and relax with s'mores and songs.
We are proud of each and every one of the young teen performers. The older campers became role models and shared in their training and joy with the younger campers.

A special appreciation to The GIG Kit Worthington Foundation for the Arts for helping these young artists achieve their dreams.

Thank you to our Delegate Lynn Johnson with JD Photography - McCall, Idaho for your time with the students and sharing in their growth through your photography!

We are truly grateful for the wonderful experience of visiting Lady Liberty with our students in NYC. It was a memorable and educational experience that we will always cherish. 🗽
The New Colossus
"Not like the brazen giant of Greek fame,
With conquering limbs astride from land to land;
Here at our sea-washed, sunset gates shall stand
A mighty woman with a torch, whose flame
Is the imprisoned lightning, and her name
Mother of Exiles. From her beacon-hand
Glows world-wide welcome; her mild eyes command
The air-bridged harbor that twin cities frame.
"Keep, ancient lands, your storied pomp!" cries she
With silent lips. "Give me your tired, your poor,
Your huddled masses yearning to breathe free,
The wretched refuse of your teeming shore.
Send these, the homeless, tempest-tost to me,
I lift my lamp beside the golden door!"
