Good morning everyone so I wanted to come on here and offer something to you all. I am offering one-on-one coaching through 1st Phorm. I started using 1st Phorm products in 2019. They are based in Missouri and everything they make is in house. I am fortunate to partner with them and offer coaching through the 1st Phorm app. The app offers so much including tracking food and water intake. The app is $19.99 a month for the basic plan and premium is $29.99 where you can message me directly, weekly check-ins and such. I even have a personal coach in the app as well. I am leaving the link here for anyone who is interested. This is not something you have to do in order to take my class or anything but something I wanted to offer.

The 1st Phorm App is the premier fitness tracking and training app from 1st Phorm. Download the app and get started now!
