What a fantastic morning with this lovely lady💕. She underwent pre pectoral tissue expander placement at the time of her mastectomies followed by tissue expander to silicone implant exchange and surgical nipple creation. Her 3-D tattoos finish the reconstruction beautifully- adding realism, dimension, texture and of course the lovely soft pink she was hoping for.
