We want to thank everyone for your patience and understanding while we try to get to everyone who has a rental order or repairs in our shop. We are a small family business with only 5 employees that are very knowledgeable with what we do. We did not expect this overwhelming amount of added business this year due to other stores closing, techs retiring etc. We are the only in-house repair facility in the Syracuse area and trying to repair instruments for 93+ school districts as well as several universities and colleges. We only have 24 hours in a day to repair, manage the store, answer emails and answer our very busy phone lines. We work 18 hour days, 7 days a week and do not see much of our families during this time. We pour our hearts and souls into what we do because it’s for your kids(our kids). We appreciate all of you and hope to learn every year from our customers on how we can do better. Thanks again for your business and your patience during this crazy crazy time of year!!😊

Brian was able to get Ryan up and running in no time, while making jokes and enjoying Ryan's easy going energy. We are so honored to serve some of the best touring musician in the world!
